Welcome to FAA (“Fucking Alive Again”), a browser-based text-and-3D multiplayer game (the “Service”). By creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to register and play. By registering you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to under-18 users may be suspended or removed.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.
• One person may not operate accounts to abuse game systems (e.g. multi-accounting to farm rewards).
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Conduct

The Service includes chat, player names, and player-authored content. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players;
• Post illegal content, hate speech, or content that sexualises minors;
• Spam, scam, or attempt to defraud other players;
• Cheat, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or attack the Service’s infrastructure.

We provide in-game moderation tools (muting, reporting, blocking) and may warn, mute, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules.

4. Virtual items and currency

In-game currency (“ProgMa”), items, and progress have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may change as the game is balanced. We may adjust, reset, or remove virtual content as needed to run and improve the Service.

5. Availability

The Service is provided “as is,” during an active development/beta period. It may be unavailable, reset, or changed at any time. We do not guarantee that data or progress will be preserved.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its players. Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
